IT Administrator (Ref: IT/8/2016)


-       University or College Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or proven experience in a similar role.
-       Experience on configuration, management and maintenance of Windows Server 2008/2012.
-       Advance knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Group Policy and Remote Desktop Services, VPN.
-       Experience on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013 and Office 365.
-       Expertise in all user Windows and Office editions.
-       Experience in Virtual Networks (VMWare).
-       Perform and monitor daily backups using VEEAM replication software.
-       Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
-       Min experience of 3-5 years, preferably in the services industry.​
-       Familiar with open source content management platforms and/or Social Media management will be considered an advantage.


-       Experience with IBM Servers, Thin clients and Desktop PCs.
-       Knowledge in configuration, management of storage networks and NAS servers.
-       Knowledge with Cisco Systems (telephony, call manager, SIP and VOIP).

Client Service Officer (Ref: CSO/4/2016):

Job Description:

·         Handling the formation and registration of companies;

·         Dealing with execution of changes in the structure of companies (shareholding, directorship, share capital);

·         Handling of due diligence procedures, KYC

·         Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors;

·         Providing administrative support to lawyers;

·         Maintaining and keeping up to date all the secretarial files and statutory records of companies;

·         Handling the client's portfolio concerning issues of resolutions, powers of attorney, signing of documents, etc.


Qualifications required:

·         Fluency in written and spoken in English

·         Mandatory Experience with Quorum

·         Prior experience in Corporate Legal Services or a similar position for at least three (3) years

·         Strong business communication skills

·         Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Fluent in both Greek and English is essential. Russian would be an advantage.


Corporate Manager - Fiduciary (Ref: CMF/4/2016):

Duties within the role will be:

·         Supervision of a team of Corporate Administrators/International Department / Compliance Department

·         Training, helping and assisting junior members of the team

·         Supporting and resolving  management and team with technical issues

·         Gathering KYC, due diligence and setting up Belize, BVI and other offshore companies

·         Dealing with clients’ legal and corporate matters

·         Looking after the corporate affairs of a large multijurisdictional portfolio of companies

·         Responsible for the liaison with clients, Registrar of Companies, agents and other relevant parties


We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

·         University Bachelor degree  and /or Master degree in a relevant field and/or

·         LLB in Law and/or Cyprus Bar qualified

·         Experience of dealing  with Trusts and Public companies

·         Excellent communication, co-ordination and management skills for running day-to-day matters and liaison  with clients

·         Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to communicate effectively at all levels

·         Minimum of five (5) years’ in a senior managerial role within theCorporate services / fiduciary services company

·         Experience in corporate/commercial law, extensive experience in management of complex international business companies, KYC, International Law.

·         Able to work under strict deadlines.

Corporate Accountant (Ref: CA/4/2016):

Main roles and responsibilities:

·         Liaising with clients in order to perform their day to day accounting work;

·         Preparation and submission of VAT returns;

·         Maintenance of accurate and complete accounting records;

·         Preparing payroll records and completing IR7;

·         Assisting and preparing monthly financial statements and reports, in accounts receivable and accounts payable, and in tax returns and related computations,

·         Prepare and finalise the accounting files;

·         Any other responsibilities that the Head of the department might decide from time to time.


Educational Qualifications and Experience:

·         Holder of LCCI Accounting – Higher Level

·         At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

·         Partly-qualified candidates of ACA, ACCA, AIA, CPA or equivalent will be preferred

·         Strong understanding of the applicable VAT and Tax Laws will be considered as an advantage

·         IT literate, knowledge of MS Office programs, Knowledge of accounting software will be considered as an advantage

Web Developer (Ref: WD/1/2016)

We are seeking for a Web Developer to be responsible for developing innovative, reusable Web and Mobile based apps and sites. Our web developers work closely with our project managers and design team members to develop specifications and make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies.

Your specific duties are likely to include
-    Work closely with Project Managers & other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
-    Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes.

-    Experience in Open Source Content Management Systems such as Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Elxis, MODX.
